First off, I would like to thank Diana Gibbs for her pattern of this box in a bag. I am not sure where she got her pattern. Patterns have a way of getting around and being changed. Mine is a bit different from Diana. Hope you enjoy the tutorial and make sure you e-mail be a copy of your creations or at least a link.

Step #1
Using your card stock cut a strip that is 11” x 2”. Using your round tab punch and the same card stock punch out two. You will need one for each side of your bag.
Set these pieces aside as you will use this later in the pattern.
Step #2
Cut card stock at 4-1/2” x 4-1/2”.
Step #2
Cut card stock at 4-1/2” x 4-1/2”.
Step #3 With your Scor Pal score 1” on all four sides. Crease all of your score lines..
Step #4
You will now cut up to the 1” line on two of the four sides.
Step #5 Place Sticky Strip on the four tabs. Tape together.
This is how your box should look so far.

Step #6
Cut your Designer Series paper 5-1/2” X 11”.
Step #7
On the wrong side of your Designer paper, place sticky strip on one long side and one short side.
Cut your Designer Series paper 5-1/2” X 11”.
Step #7
On the wrong side of your Designer paper, place sticky strip on one long side and one short side.
Step #8
Remove the Sticky Strip from the long side only. You are now going to start adhering your box to your designer paper. Place the bottom of the box along the sticky edge (starting in the middle of a box edge so the seam will be in the back of the box). You will go all along the designer paper wrapping and adhering the paper to the bottom of the box.

Once you are almost to the end, pull of your side protective strip before adhering the bottom completely. Finish adhering your bottom then adhere your side. Stick your hand on the inside of your box/bag and smooth all seams down tightly.

Step #9
With your 2” X 11” piece of card stock that you set aside you will now be making the scallop for the bottom of your box. Take your slit punch, starting at one end punch all the way across.
After you have completed your scallop cut ¼” off the bottom of the scallop. This just makes your scallop shorter. You only want it to be approximately 3/4" tall.

Step #10
Place Sticky Strip along the bottom of your scallop edge. Remove the protective shield. Starting at the seam in the back of your box adhere the scallop to the bottom of your box. Again, stick your hand inside the box and adhere scallop tightly.
This is how it should look.

Step #11
Using your ¼” circle punch you will punch holes in both ends of your Round Tab punch. Punch approximately 1/8” from the fold. Place sticky strip on both ends of the round tab punch-outs. Remove the protective strip and place one tab on the front portion and one on the back portion. Run your ribbon through the holes on the tabs and tie.
Step #12
Time to decorate. You can do this portion any way you want. This is what I did.
Punch out your flowers using the Boho Flower punch. Add a little bling to your flowers and adhere with glue dots to the front of your box. Now stand back and ohhh and awww.
If you find any mistakes, please let me know so I can do revisions.
Please send me a copy of your creation or link to this post so we can all enjoy.
Happy Stamping, Paula
